It has been known for some time that high protein diets are a leading cause of osteoporosis, kidney stones, heart disease and heart failure, gout (a type of arthritis), low energy, halitosis (bad breath), diabetes, chronic constipation, breast and colon cancers, and many other of our most common ills. They stop up your digestive system, fill your body with uric acid, line your arteries with plaque, fill your liver, prostate, gall bladder, and other important organs with thick toxic sludge, leech calcium out of your bones, and leave you severely dehydrated (this is one of the ways they help you loose weight, but it’s weight in water, not fat).
These diets can also make your body panic…

First, let me explain about sweat. Sweat is one of your body’s ways of ridding itself of toxins and waste products like urea, lactic acid, excess salt, even the poisonous chemicals in tobacco if the person uses it in any form. The skin is called a “third kidney” because it can eliminate as much as two pounds of dissolved waste per day in the form of sweat. If the kidneys are not working well, the skin can be used as a temporary backup. Urine is about 94% water and 6% waste material; sweat is only a little less concentrated at 96% water and 4% waste.

There are two points to be made here…
