There are a few facts that rarely make it into the news about breast cancer but which are important enough to potentially make the difference between life and death. Here is the rest of the story of breast cancer awareness.

A couple years ago, newspapers carried a front-page headline that breast cancer rates had gone down for the first time in recorded history. According to the article experts credited this decrease to the fact that many thousands of women are now refusing…

Other than actual illness, one of the biggest problems for companies today is fake sick days – employees playing hooky by calling in sick when they feel fine. How much revenue does your company lose every year because of fake sick days?

Instead of threatening your employees with suspension, termination or other unpleasant things if they fake a sick day (remember that throughout history, the people, ideas, movements, organizations, religions, etc. that were persecuted the most always spread the fastest), just take away their desire to fake sick days. If they don’t want to fake sick days, they won’t.

2) Remember that all disease causing organisms are scavengers and they will not eat healthy tissue, just toxic filth and waste products, so keep up on your cleansing. This is the most important step by far.

It has been known for some time that high protein diets are a leading cause of osteoporosis, kidney stones, heart disease and heart failure, gout (a type of arthritis), low energy, halitosis (bad breath), diabetes, chronic constipation, breast and colon cancers, and many other of our most common ills. They stop up your digestive system, fill your body with uric acid, line your arteries with plaque, fill your liver, prostate, gall bladder, and other important organs with thick toxic sludge, leech calcium out of your bones, and leave you severely dehydrated (this is one of the ways they help you loose weight, but it’s weight in water, not fat).
These diets can also make your body panic…

Dr. Ornish proved that with only lifestyle changes, it was possible to reverse advanced coronary blockages and heart disease, affecting a complete cure of the leading cause of death in America — for all those who are willing to do a little homework. I have added to Dr. Ornish’s program with information on cleansing and various herbal and nutritional supplements, which I believe will greatly speed up the results that you get from following this program.

Many nutritional supplements on the market are made from substances that are better foods for plants than for humans. Dead minerals (dirt) are often included in nutritional supplements, but, although they can be absorbed into the bloodstream, they cannot be assimilated or used by your cells. Humans can only assimilate and use live organic whole foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, and herbs, and to a lesser degree meat, dairy, and other animal products (these are second hand nutrition and poorly suited to your body, although it can get some use out of them).

Bird Flu

America has found a new favorite infectious disease to worry about. You’ve probably heard a lot about the dreaded “bird flu” pandemic that many experts are predicting. It seems to be a big concern for a lot of people these days, so I thought I would pen a few strategies that you can use right now to help insure that this latest epidemic won’t turn into tragedy for you or your family…

Vitiligo

If I had this condition, here are a few things that I would do:

1. PABA and Magnesium have been used successfully to clear up this condition so I would be sure to get plenty of these from food and maybe even make a poultice of these foods to apply to the affected areas. I would also be sure to get plenty of essential fatty acids, silica, folate, and vitamins E, C, B, and A which are very important for healthy skin. Here are some significant sources of these nutrients:

Some of the benefits of Massage Therapy (confirmed by research and clinical experience) include:

Opening up blood vessels, improving circulation, and relieving congestion;

Increasing availability of red blood cells, thereby improving oxygenation, and Promoting the removal of toxic wastes;

Relaxing muscle spasms and relieving tension;

Increasing the supply of nutrition to muscles, thereby helping to remove harmful “fatigue by-products” resulting from strenuous exercise or injury;

Improving muscle tone;

Preventing or delaying…

…3) Astringents – Since sleep apnea involves tissues in the mouth and throat that have become too relaxed and limp, astringent herbs like oak bark and bayberry bark may be useful. A decoction could be made from these herbs and be drunk and used as a gargle several times a day…
